Angeles-Magalang Bypass Road inaugurated

The month of March opened with the inauguration today of the 2.605-kilometer Angeles-Magalang Bypass Road, which has been designed to provide an alternative route for motorists coming from Magalang to Angeles and vice versa.

The ribbon cutting rites were led by Angeles City mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr. and Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo ‘Jon’ B. Lazatin II. Also present were Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, Hausland CEO Willy Tan, DPWH 3rd District Engr. Arleen Beltran, and DPWH Regional Director Roseller Tolentino, Brgy. Pulung Cacutud Captain Francisco Cura and Brgy. Pulung Maragul Captain Armando Oliveros.

According to Mayor Lazatin, the Angeles-Magalang Bypass Road, which is a flagship project of Rep. Lazatin, would link Barangay Pulung Cacutud to Barangay Pulung Maragul passing through the North Luzon Expressway where a bridge will be built.
