Upon opening of the EPZA Diversion Road in February 2022, motorists from the direction of Magalang, Pampanga can use this road as an alternative way going to Balibago, Angeles City. Conversely, motorists from Balibago, Angeles City can traverse this infrastructure going towards Magalang Town.
