A farm equipment was turned over by the PhilMech under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (RCEF) to farmers of Arayat Pampanga.

The recipients received four units of hand tractors for the Suclayin Farmers Association Inc., one unit shallow tube well given to Asosasyon ng Masisipag na Magsasaka ng Brgy. Camba Inc. and power sprayer for the Farmers Association.

The program aims to uplift the livelihood and production of farmers to improve rice farmers’ competitiveness and income .

The turn-over ceremony was witnessed and led by Arayat Mayor Maria Lourdes “Madir” M. Alejandrino and Vice Mayor Emmanuel “Bon” M. Alejandrino.

Also present were Municipal Agriculturist Engineer Rodel A. Lising , Municipal Agriculture Office staffs and farmers. (LGU Arayat)
