As Florita leaves PH: Globe’s Libreng Tawag, Libreng Charging services up in Cagayan

Globe’s Libreng Tawag and Libreng Charging services are now up in several areas in Tuguegarao City and other parts of Cagayan province affected by Severe Tropical Storm Florita.

The communications assistance is available from August 24 until August 26, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the following locations:

  • Brgy Hall, Annafunan East, Tuguegarao
  • Brgy Hall, Balzain East (Don Domingo), Tuguegarao
  • Brgy Centro 2, Sanchez Mira, Cagayan
  • Brgy Nabaccayan, Gattaran, Cagayan
  • Brgy Dodan, Penablanca, Cagayan
  • Brgy Mabanguc, Aparri, Cagayan
  • Brgy Bitag Grande, Baggao, Cagayan

Florita has left the Philippine area of responsibility after bringing heavy rains and strong winds that damaged properties and crops in the northern part of Luzon, particularly Cagayan and Isabela.

Globe assures affected residents that its technical and support personnel are always on call and that generators are on standby for the use of its facilities during power interruptions.

Customers can also avail of free data access to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) website: https://ndrrmc.gov.ph/ to get updates from authorities. Globe reminds everyone to only tune into legitimate and trusted websites for the correct information.
