Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr. issued Resolution No. 01, Series of 2022, “Recommending the following Guidelines on the Prevention Of COVID-19 in Angeles City effective January 3, 2022.”
- Checkpoints to be established at the Angeles City exit of NLEX
- Non-vaccinated individuals coming from outside Pampanga may only be allowed entry into Angeles City after presenting NEGATIVE Antigen or RT-PCR test done within 48 hours
- Fully-vaccinated individuals entering Angeles City may be allowed entry upon presentation of vaccination card
- Minimum public health protocols to be observed
- INDOOR dining in restos, cafes and food establishments allowed up to 60% capacity for fully-vaccinated individuals; Non-vaccinated diners allowed only at al-fresco areas.
- Entertainment venues allowed at 50% indoor capacity for fully-vaccinated individuals; non-vaccinated individuals only allowed at outdoor or al fresco areas
- Only vaccinated individuals allowed inside malls; vaccination cards to be presented before allowing into the building
- Establishments to demand that customers present vaccination cards. Non-vaccinated individuals only allowed at al fresco seating areas
- Church allowed at 60% indoor capacity for vaccinated individuals; non-vaccinated churchgoers may only stay at al fresco areas; vaccination cards to be presented prior entry
- Social gatherings allowed up to 60% indoor capacity for vaccinated individuals. Non-vaccinated guests may stay at al fresco or outdoor areas
- Children’s parties christening, and celebration for people 65 years and above are prohibited; Event attendees coming from outside Pampanga required to present vaccination cards; only managed buffet allowed
- Private pools allowed to operate at 60% capacity and provided guests who swim are fully vaccinated
