Best Western Plus Metro Clark has been officially awarded a 4-Star Hotel rating by the Department of Tourism (DOT), marking a proud milestone in its journey of delivering elevated hospitality experiences in Central Luzon.
The award was conferred on March 27, 2026, during the Department of Tourism Region 3’s Tourism Recognition for Enterprises and Stakeholders (TRES) Awards Night, held at the Premier Ballroom of Best Western Plus Metro Clark.
Prior to the awards night, the hotel’s 4-star rating was confirmed through an official communication from the DOT, stating that the property garnered 822 points under the 2024 National Accommodation Standards (NAS), successfully meeting all mandatory and minimum requirements for a 4-star classification.
Owned and operated by Savers Group Holdings Inc. (SGHI), the hotel celebrates this achievement as a shared success with its dedicated team.

Originally opened in 2019 as Best Western Metro Clark, the hotel was relaunched in 2023 as Best Western Plus Metro Clark, reflecting its strengthened commitment to premium service and upgraded offerings. Today, the hotel features 186 well-appointed rooms, along with modern amenities designed to serve both business and leisure travelers in one of the region’s fastest-growing economic and tourism hubs.
