In keeping with his dedication to assist homegrown artists, Mayor Carmelo βPogiβ Lazatin, Jr. announced that the city government will shoulder the publication of a coffee table book that would chronicle the Art Movement in Angeles City and the province of Pampanga for the past 40 years.
