Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. on May 16, 2022 awards certificates of commendation to Corporal Rogelio Talaogan Jr. and Patrolman Mark John Miranda for going beyond their duties by looking after the welfare of their constituents to ensure peace and order during the 2022 elections.
