Cebu Pacific (CEB) is actively collaborating with the New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC) to resolve the technical issues impacting the baggage handling system at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.
Both CEB and NNIC have deployed additional personnel to assist with the manual loading of baggage from the counters, ensuring that passenger needs are met despite the technical challenges.
CEB has assigned a dedicated team to manage the situation. Passengers on domestic flights can either collect their bags at the airport or opt for delivery to their destination or homes. For international flights, similar options are available, including delivery services for those with onward travel.
The teams are working diligently to expedite baggage deliveries and provide prompt assistance to all affected passengers.
