Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. awarded a Certificate of Recognition and cash incentive to Allyson Hetland in honor of the Kapampangan beauty queen’s achievement as Miss Aqua Boracay People’s Choice 2026.

Hetland, a proud native of Barangay Pandan, Angeles City, is currently representing the Province of Pampanga in the Miss Universe Philippines 2026 pageant. She previously held the titles Mutya Ning Angeles 2024 and Mutya Ning Kapampangan 2025.

Joining Lazatin in the recognition was Chief Political Affairs Officer Reina Manuel, as they celebrated the continued rise of Kapampangan excellence on the national stage.
