More than fifty youth and parents from the Gloria 2 Daycare center in Barangay Sindalan, City of San Fernando joined in the simultaneous brushing of their teeth.

The activity was led by the Rural Health Office 2 of the City Health Office of the City of San Fernando in celebration of the National Oral Health Month 2023 this February, which also coincided with the city’s celebration of Kaganapan 2023 or the Anniversary of the Cityhood of San Fernando.

Around 250 students and parents are expected to join in the simultaneous brushing in every RHU of the city.

The CHO distributed FREE dental kits for the participants

RHU2 Physician Dr. Emerito Mercado, Provincial Dental Coordinator Dr. Chuchi Ramos, Pampanga Dental Association Chapter President Dr. Mary Ann Macaspac, and Barangay Sindalan Kagawad Brian Espiritu also took part in the program.

This activity is included in City Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag’s 10-point platform of governance to ensure the health and wellness of every Fernandino, especially the youth.
