CSF old public market construction update and inspection

Mayor Edwin “EdSa” Santiago and the local government unit led the inspection of city’s old public market plaza construction site in San Fernando on April 4, 2022.

Together with City Engineer Anele David and some city department heads, Santiago visited the temporary relocation sites of the market vendors and the on-going construction site.

As of this writing, the building’s east and west wings were 87 percent complete, according to the City Engineer’s Office.

Construction of east wing building is almost completed while the west wing is now being built at 70 completion.

Under the administration of Santiago, the reconstruction of old public market is one of his up-to-date projects and considered as one of the major infrastructure developments in the capital city. (CSF CIO)
