City of San Fernando Tourism Officer Ching Pangilinan recently paid a courtesy call to H.E. Ambassador Hjayceelyn “Joy” Quintana at the Philippine Embassy in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

Ambassador Quintana and the Phil. Embassy in Abu Dhabi have been instrumental in showcasing the San Fernando lanterns in the Middle East, culminating in the display of some lanterns at the Philippine Pavilion, World Expo 2020.
