The local government of City of San Fernando joined the celebration of National Women with Disability Day  through a zumba activity dubbed “PWeDeng-PWeDeng mag Zumba” on Monday, March 27.

The program was organized by the City Social Welfare and Development Office under the leadership of CSWD Officer Mary Ann Biliwang. It aims to empower and promote social inclusivity of the Women with Disabilities for the progress in the city.

City of San Fernando Mayor Vilma Balle-Caluag served as the guest of honor.

In her message, Mayor Caluag stressed the significant value of women, especially in the sector of Women with Disabilities, for social reform and development in the city. She also reiterated that the City Government will continue to support them. (CSFP City Information Office)
