The Department of Agriculture – Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III) conducted the Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran ng Kababayang Katutubo (4K) Program 2025 Year-End Assessment Report alongside the Central Luzon IP Cultural Showcase Year 2 from March 17 to 19 in Lubao, Pampanga.
The activity aimed to assess the implementation of the 4K Program across Central Luzon through a comprehensive review of programs and projects carried out for indigenous communities in 2025.

Each province presented its accomplishment report, with representatives sharing their initiatives and achievements under the program. The reports highlighted key interventions in production, capacity building, and support provided to Indigenous Peoples (IPs).

The presentations also covered the scope of program implementation, including services delivered to communities, the number of beneficiaries assisted, and the impact on the livelihoods of indigenous farmers and their organizations.
Aside from the reports, discussions were also held on the Department of Agriculture’s Civil Society Organizations (CSO) registration, along with other sessions aimed at strengthening coordination among implementing units and partner agencies.
Community Development Officers also shared their insights on sustaining and further enhancing the program.
Held alongside the assessment was the Central Luzon IP Cultural Showcase Year 2, which featured various products, agricultural produce, and crafts from IP groups across the region. The showcase provided participants an opportunity to highlight their culture and traditions, as well as their contributions to the agricultural sector.
The event was attended by regional and provincial coordinators of the 4K Program, representatives from various offices of DA-RFO III, and partner agencies supporting the program’s implementation.
