Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda, Senator Jinggoy Estrada and Abra Governor Dominic Valera met earlier today to discuss the distribution of donations from Pampanga before setting out to the municipalities of Abra affected by the recent earthquake.

Also with them is Abra Provincial Police Director P/Col. Maly Castillo.
