The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) urged low-income Filipinos on Wednesday to register for the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) program.
DHSUD Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar said 4PH units are now being built nationwide after years of planning. Housing projects are ongoing in Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Bacolod, Quezon City, and Caloocan, with more locations to follow.

Currently, 56 4PH projects are in various development stages. In December 2024, the first units at the Palayan City Township in Nueva Ecija were turned over to overseas Filipino worker-beneficiaries by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos. Bacolod City also started awarding units at the Asenso Yuhum Residences last month.
Interested families can now visit their local government units or DHSUD offices to register. Acuzar emphasized the importance of documentation for loan processing and payment to contractors, ensuring priority in the housing allocation.

Informal settler families are also encouraged to apply for the 4PH program.
The government has adjusted its target to three million units from the initial six million, with all projects planned for completion under the Marcos administration.
