The Department of Public Works and Highways completed a 2-storey multipurpose building that will serve as the new barangay hall of Salvacion II in Lupao, Nueva Ecija.

The P4.8-M structure has a total floor area of 72 square meters and was built just in front of the old barangay hall that now serves as the barangay health station and office of the BHWs was implemented by DPWH Nueva Ecija 1st District Engineering Office.

The construction of the facility gave employees and local officials comfort and efficient delivery of the government services to their constituents.

The multipurpose facility is complete with a pantry, comfort rooms, a spacious waiting area for those availing social services, and a conference room with a 4 by 5 feet, ten-seater conference table that can be used for their meetings and other activities. (DPWH)
