The launch of The Ultimate Filipino Adobo Book, authored by Kapampangan pride and culinary celebrity Chef Claude Tayag, was held today, 28 October at Museo Ning Angeles.
Among those present were Department of Tourism Region 3 Regional Director Richard Daenos, Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, and Kuliat Foundation Inc. (KFI) President Lincoln M. Baluyut.
Chronicled in The Ultimate Filipino Adobo are the endless possibilities of preparing adobo, with colorful stories through the ages tucked in.
Coinciding with the book launch is the official turnover of Holy Rosary Church Interior, an artwork of Chef Claude Tayag himself.
The artwork is donated to the Museo Ning Angeles by the heirs of the late Jose E. Suarez and Sofia Narciso Suarez.
