The Mabalacat City Government through its COVID-19 Response Integrated System has recorded zero new COVID-19 infections based on its bulletin posted on November 23, 2021. 

This is the 7th time that no new cases were reported since the onset of the month of November. To date, there are only 10 remaining active cases in the city accruing a positivity percentage of only 0.2%.

Meanwhile, Mabalacat City sees full-dose herd immunity by December 1 with more than 200,000 residents immunized, exceeding its 198,000-target population.
