Former Clark Development Corp. (CDC) President Noel Manankil has been named new Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD) Chief Executive Officer.
After his stint at CDC, Manankil joined LIPAD as Executive Vice President for Commercial Development, External Relations, and Legal Compliance in March 2022.
Manankil succeeded Bi Yong Chungunco, who retired on August 19, 2022. Manankil assumed the post the day after.
