City of San Fernando Mayor Vilma Caluag formally announced that she has selected former City Councilor Engineer Nelson G. Lingat as city administrator through City Mayor’s Office Memorandum Number: CMO2022-162.
Caluag said Lingat’s experience as a six-term member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in San Fernando will definitely help achieve her goals for the different programs she plans for the city and in battling corruption within the local government.
“Tiwala ku pu keng gelingan at kaburyan nang Engineer Lingat a magserbisyu kareng Fernandino at ayasahan yu pu ing pamisaupan mi para king kasalesen ning kekatamung syudad,” the mayor said. (CSF CIO)
