Last Monday, August 1, during the flag raising rites at the City Hall in Xevera, Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo lauded Mabalaqueña beauty queens Kyline Celine Dorado Laughead and Francine Miclat for winning in the 2022 Mutya Pilipinas Pampanga pageant.
Laughead, a resident of Barangay Dau, was crowned as the grand winner of the Mutya Pilipinas Pampanga while Miclat of Barangay Madapdap was the 2nd runner up.
Laughead will represent Pampanga in the upcoming Mutya Pilipinas 2022.
The 2022 Mutya Pilipinas Pampanga coronation night was held last May 13 at The Orchid Gardens Resort Complex, City of San Fernando.
