Gimje, SK Rotary Club visit Pogi to discuss project

Members of the Rotary Club of Gimje, South Korea paid a courtesy visit to Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. at the Mayor’s Office Conference Room,on Tuesday, July 26.

Joining Mayor Lazatin during the courtesy visit are City Administrator Atty. Willie Rivera and Executive Assistant V Raffy Angeles.

Among the Korean Delegation that were present are Lee Jong Seob, Hwang Young Seoung, Kim Seong Hak, Lee Youngbeom, Ko Youngsun, An Dong Hui, Lee Woo Jaung, Yu Hakhee, and Rho Gi Bo.

Lazatin and the members of the Rotary Club of Gimje, South Korea discussed about a joint proposed project for the home-for-the-aged of Angeleño male elderly.

The city government established Bale Pusu in 2021 that serves as the home of rescued homeless females and abandoned elderly.

Also present during the courtesy visit are Rotary Club of Angeles North Inc. President Mon Magtoto, Vice President Lincoln Baluyut, and Assistant Governor Randy Santos. (Angeles CIO)
