Reiterating strict compliance with health and safety protocols due to the Delta variants of COVID-19 and other purposes
Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda issued EO 17 D-2021, with the following reminders:
- Stay-at-home individuals (like those aged 14 below or above 65, or with co-morbidities) may leave homes if they are APOR, fully vaccinated, or need to go or do something that is allowed in the Omnibus Guidelines of the IATF for places under MGCQ.
- Wear face mask and face shield. Keep safe distance. Wash hands with soap or use alcohol. Cover nose and mouth when coughing.
- Do not loiter on the streets or places of work.
- Non-residents of Pampanga may enter the province if fully vaccinated, do not have any symptoms of COVID-19, or may present local or foreign vaccination card. Exempted are cargo movers and APORs mula from the national government offices and agencies.
- No mass gathering in one place for more than five (5) persons.
Weddings, birthday parties, baptisms and other similar events are allowed, provided only 50 percent of seating or venue capacity
Host of home gatherings whose guests are not from the same household need to secure a permit from the barangay.mga
Religious gatherings allowed at 50 percent of venue capacity.
Government functions allowed as long as health and safety protocols are strictly enforced. - Dine-in allowed at 70 percent seating or venue capacity.
