Filipinos are getting closer to owning their own homes as BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang met with Marilene C. Acosta and officials from Saekyung Realty Corporation and Sta. Clara International Corporation to advance the affordable housing project in New Clark City under the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) program of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr..

The group reviewed the master plan, construction timeline, and phase-based housing targets, while aligning on pricing and financing options. Pag-IBIG Fund will provide development support and home loans subject to standard requirements.

BCDA and Pag-IBIG are also exploring additional housing and mixed-use developments across BCDA ecozones under the 4PH program, bringing more Filipinos closer to safe, affordable, and sustainable homes.
