Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. attended a gathering of some 500 residents in EPZA, Barangay Pulung Cacutud led by community leader Noel Espinosa on December 12, 2023.
The residents, composed primarily of women, pledged their support for Lazatin.
