Archbishop Charles Brown, Apostolic Nuncio to the Philippines, and other diplomats visit the entries to the “16th Belenismo sa Tarlac” in Tarlac City on Saturday (Nov. 11, 2023). 

The Tarlac Heritage Foundation, led by founders Isabel Cojuangco and Dr. Isa Suntay, started the giant belen (nativity scene)-making contest among communities.
