JDN Realty Group has rolled out N-Charge, its electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, across select Nepo properties in Pampanga and Pangasinan.

The charging stations are now operational at Newpoint Mall and eNtec 1, as well as Nepo Mall and Nepo Mart.

The initiative reflects the growing shift toward electric mobility in the country, with JDN Realty integrating EV infrastructure into its developments to provide added convenience for users while working, shopping, or running errands.

During the initial rollout, N-Charge will be offered free of charge, aiming to support EV users amid ongoing economic pressures while encouraging the adoption of more sustainable transportation.

The system operates on a regulated charging setup to ensure efficient usage and allow more users to access the service throughout the day.

The launch was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Martin Kyle Wilkerson, Sustainability Officer; Engr. James Balboa, Facilities Manager; Chairman Arni N. Valdes; and EHS Senior Manager Trixie N. Valdes.

JDN Realty said the initiative aligns with its efforts to adapt to evolving mobility needs while promoting practical and sustainable solutions across its properties.
