Angeles City Vice Mayor Vicky Vega – Cabigting and husband Arthur Cabigting received the “ROSES Project  award ” or Recognition of Outstanding Stakeholders for Engagement and Support for Basic Education, given by  DepEd Angeles recently. 

Ms. Emelita Gomez and Ms. Betty Sanga of Sta Teresita Elementary School nominated the Vice Mayor. Meanwhile,  Dr. Mary Ann Tenidor of Leoncia Village Elementary School nominated Mr. Cabigting, who is not only an alumnus of the said school, but also a constant supporter of its various projects.  

Project ROSES is an annual Stakeholder’s  Recognition program designed to appreciate the relentless effort and generous support manifested in the implementation of the programs, projects and activities of the Schools in the  Schools Division of Angeles City to attain its goals and objectives for the accomplishment of the vision of the Department of Education.
