Lubao Mayor Esmie Pineda welcomed Seongju-Gun, South Korea Director of Agriculture Do Jae Hun, at the Municipal Hall for a meeting on the plan to expand the partnership between Lubao and South Korean cities in hiring seasonal farm workers.

The Korean delegates include Manager of Foreign Worker Hyun Kyung and his staff Ha Jeong.

Officers of K&P were also part of the visiting group, including Seongju Branch Manager Park No Kyun, Chairman Hae Bok and Chief Executive Officer Yung Ryul.

Consultant for Korean Economic and Cultural Affairs Choi Jongpil helped schedule the meeting between the parties.

Pineda was assisted by Municipal Administrator Elizalde Bernal, HR Officer Jamie Bianca Tiongco and MPDC chief Engr. Dan Aquino. (Bayan Ng Lubao/FB)
