In celebration of Women’s Month, the Angeles City Government, led by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. is staging Lumiere et Amour, a fashion show for a cause featuring the inimitable work of renowned Angeleño designer Frederick Policarpio.
Lumiere et Amour is presented by the Office of Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel with Chief Adviser IC Calaguas, and the Angeles City Tourism Office led by Anneleen Antonio-Sugui, in partnership with the GFP Creative Productions.
