A new luxury landmark is set to rise in Angeles City following the groundbreaking of The Private Plate, a ₱50-million, 600-square-meter lifestyle and dining development led by entrepreneur Elizabeth Carlos Timbol.
The project will house a fine dining restaurant, a premium events hall with a capacity of up to 100 guests, an Italian patisserie, Italy-inspired boutique villas, and dedicated office and workspaces — offering a full upscale hospitality experience in one destination.
Timbol said the development aims to deliver a seamless and world-class experience through the collaboration of partners Ces Flores Sanchez, Jemi Nicdao, and Sam Manuel, who will oversee branding, styling, and culinary direction. She emphasized that each partner brings industry expertise crucial to achieving the project’s design and service standards.
Blending Italian elegance with Ralph Lauren-inspired sophistication, The Private Plate is envisioned to elevate Angeles City’s luxury lifestyle scene and become a premier venue for refined dining and curated events. The establishment is slated to open in March 2026.
