Manila Marriott, Sheraton Manila Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo, Sheraton Manila Bay and Clark Marriott will unite and say “Let There Be Light” together on Thursday, November 4 at 6:00 p.m. for the simultaneous Virtual Christmas Tree Lighting of all five (5) Marriott hotels in the Philippines.

Everyone can sit back, relax and join the LIVE virtual celebration by visiting each hotel’s Facebook page, where you may also discover all exclusive offers for the holidays, and get a chance to receive exciting prizes.

The ceremony may be virtual, but ‘guests’ are expected to be on their toes all the time, as everyone will get the chance to be win any of these posh prizes: Overnight Stay in a Deluxe Suite with breakfast for two at Manila Marriott,; An Overnight Stay at Loft Room with breakfast for two at Sheraton Manila; Overnight Stay at Deluxe Room with breakfast for two at Clark Marriott; Two-night Stay at Deluxe Room with breakfast for two at Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo or Pre-dinner cocktail for two at Sheraton Manila Bay.

Marriott hotels give back
Beyond the festivities, Marriott hotels in the country also continue to give back to the community.

Manila Marriott, Sheraton Manila and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo curate Charity Hampers — a plush robe and towel set complete with a sustainable tote bag. The proceeds from this initiative will help support Save the Children Philippines’ Project ARAL (Access to Resources for Alternative Learning), a program to help children from low income families and those with disabilities to access alternative learning platforms.

Clark Marriott Hotel, according to General Manager Goeran Soelter, who is also the Chairman of the Marriott Business Council Philippines, is encouraging everyone to join Run to Give, the annual virtual charity run that aims to raise funds for the Marriott Associate Welfare Fund and the said beneficiary.

Aside from its involvement with Save the Children, Courtyard Iloilo has partnered with SOS Children’s Villageby opening the hotel’s doors as a drop off point for donations for more than 100 children in the community.

Meanwhile, Sheraton Manila Bay has joined hands with World Wide Fund in another outreach. For every purchase of their Sheraton Luxury Hamper you get to adopt a Signature Panda Plushie and support the organization’s nature conservation projects.

Sheraton Manila Bay also has Plantable Cards of Care embedded with seeds. Proceeds from this project will go to Barangay 699 Children Fund and Aurora Quezon Elementary School. They also have Sheraton CommuniTREE, a tree-planting project where donations go to their reforestation and biodiversity efforts.
