Mayor Pogi inspects Cutcut flyover

Angeles City Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. inspects the launching of concrete girders at the Cutcut Flyover along the Friendship-Porac-Angeles Junction on Sunday, August 7.

The construction of the Cutcut flyover, which is a project of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), aims to ease traffic along Fil-Am Friendship Highway and Rizal Extension, one of the city’s main access roads to eastern Pampanga.

The portion going to San Fernando was closed on August 7, while the main intersection will not be accessible to commuters and private vehicles on August 14.

On August 28 the portion going to Clark will be temporarily closed to the public.

Angeles City Traffic Development Officer Kiko Pangilinan ensured during his live guesting at Lingkod Bayan ni Mayor Pogi Lazatin that traffic enforcers are deployed during the three temporary dates of closure of the Friendship-Porac-Angeles Junction to assist motorists. (Angeles CIO)
