The City Health Office is conducting a month-long Dengue Symposium in all public elementary and high schools in the city.
Mabalacat City Dengue Coordinator Aryanne C. Talento and Rural health Unit III officer Ed Carlo Liwanag, facilitated the seminars which aim to raise awareness on the symptoms, prevention, control and treatment of Dengue.
The symposium started at the Lakandula Elementary and High School and Dr. Adelaido C. Bernardo High School on September 2, 2022.
The team has already conducted symposiums to 13 schools in Barangay Dau, Barangay Lakandula and four schools in Tabun.
The CHO and RHUs are set to cover all 48 public schools in the city until September 30. (MCG CHO)
