Nanay visits Magalang to improve social services
Pampanga Vice-Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda visited Magalang on July 7 to inspect the Don Andres Luciano District Hospital and the Provincial Evacuation Center in a bid to improve social services for the townsfolk.
Magalang Mayor Malu Paras-Lacson and Vice-Governor Lilia Pineda conducted an ocular inspection of the hospital and evacuation center and discussed plans to enhance the facilities to improve the delivery of social services for Magaleños.

Pineda asked Don Andres Luciano Chief of Hospital Dr. Miriam Sun-Arenas to always prioritize the needs of indigent Kapampangans.
The vice-governor also mentioned her plan to put a satellite clinic at the hospital.

“Manalakad tamung satellite clinic kening Magalang para ali nala magkasakit mumunta Capitol deng manyad saup a Magaleño kapag ma-oospital la,” Pineda said.
Lacson signified her utmost support for the vice-governor as she strives to elevate the lives of the Kapampangans, especially in the delivery of quality social services.
Pineda also told Lacson of her plan to have the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) pass a resolution to involve the mayor in the management of the district hospital to ensure a more efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services for the Magaleño.
Also present were Councilor Norman Lacson, Magalang Chief of Police Lt. Col. Benjamin Gabriel and Board Member Winwin Garbo who accompanied the vice-governor. (LGU Magalang)
