Governor Susan Yap, Mayor Iluminado Pobre and Vice Mayor Venus Tomas led the ribbon cutting and blessing last July 12 for the new Barangay Hall of Poblacion Norte in Mayantoc, Tarlac.

In her Facebook page, Gov. Yap underscored the importance of the new barangay hall in the speedy and efficient delivery of services to the people of Poblacion Norte.
“Bukas na po ang ating bagong Poblacion Norte Barangay Hall! Ang bagong Poblacion Norte Brgy. Hall ay mahalaga upang lalo pa nating padaliin at pabilisin ang paghatid ng Serbisyong MaYap sa ating mga kababayan sa Mayantoc,” she said in her post.
Meanwhile, Vice Mayor Venus Tomas thanked the governor saying, “Naparating na naman ng Serbisyong MaYap sa ating bayan ang napakagandang proyekto sa Barangay Poblacion Norte. Hon.Gov. Susan, maraming, maraming salamat po.”
Last July 8, a medical and dental mission with free general check-up, laboratory, and dental check-up was undertaken in Calabtangan Mayantoc.
The medical and dental mission was provided by the Provincial Government under the governor’s Kalusugan Muna program.
“Having good health is directly related to leading a productive life. that’s why it is our priority to make our bodies healthy. Maraming salamat, Provincial Government of Tarlac for reaching our town and providing good and accessible medical assistance to our people,” Tomas said.—PIO
