On Wednesday evening, September 22, President Rodrigo Duterte said face shields will not be required outdoors in the Philippines.
During his ‘Talk to the People’ address, Duterte said face shields will only be required in areas that are identified as “3Cs”: closed, crowded, and close-contact.
