A total of 680 barangay day care workers received Php 8,000 salary subsidy from the Provincial Capitol of Pampanga for the period May to August 2022.
The distribution was led by Vice Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda.
Aside from getting cash support, the day care workers were also granted scholarships for their children who are in college.
Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda said, “Ang suporta po sa mga day care workers ay pagkilala natin sa importanteng papel nila sa paghubog ng mga bata.”
“Sinimulan ko po ang suporta sa mga day care workers dahil hindi naman po malaki ang allowances nila mula sa barangay,” the Governor added. (Gov. Delta FB)
