Former Angeles City mayor and current Clark Development Corporation (CDC) Chairman Atty. Edgardo D. Pamintuan paid a courtesy visit to current mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin, Jr. today, April 12.
Mayor Pogi expressed elation over the visit, and said he is “both honored and humbled to be visited this afternoon by my predecessor, Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan, now Chairman of the Board of Clark Development Corporation in our office at Angeles City Hall.”
