President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has issued Executive Order 110, declaring a State of National Energy Emergency due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
The order also authorizes a unified support package covering livelihoods, industry, food, and transport to help mitigate the impact of rising fuel and commodity costs.
Malacañang released a copy of the executive order on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
