In his message, the President paid tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of Filipino heroes of Bataan and Corregidor, emphasizing that the country’s true strength lies not only in its victories but in the people’s ability to stand together and rise above challenges.

Marcos also assured continued government support for war veterans and their families through expanded healthcare services and benefits, reaffirming the nation’s commitment to those who fought for its freedom.
