In celebration of Women’s Month, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) hosted a Financial Literacy Seminar on March 11, 2025, equipping women personnel with essential financial management skills for long-term security and economic empowerment.

Led by the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division (RCADD) under PCOL Marites A. Salvadora, in collaboration with the PNP Regional Finance Unit and financial institutions, the seminar covered budgeting, savings, investments, and smart financial decisions.

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN Jean S. Fajardo highlighted the significance of financial independence in empowering policewomen, ensuring both personal and professional growth.

Through this initiative, PRO3 reaffirms its commitment to gender equality and holistic development, strengthening the role of women in law enforcement and beyond.
