Bulacan Governor Daniel R. Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis C. Castro inaugurated the new building of the Provincial Blood Center, Provincial Health Office and the Cold Storage Room located in the vicinity of the Bulacan Medical Center.
The Provincial Blood Center is the only provincial-run blood center facility in Region III. It is open 24-hours for the Bulakenyos and neighboring provinces who need blood while from 8AM to 4PM for Blood Donors.
Meanwhile, the Cold Storage Room donated by UNICEF can hold more than half a million vaccines such as COVID-19 vaccines and others.(Provincial of Bulacan)
