The Office of the City Assessor of Angeles City has issued amendments to the proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) covering selected property classifications.

Updated values now apply to Commercial and Agricultural properties, following a comprehensive review to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with current market conditions and real property assessment standards.

The notice also introduces proposed SMVs for Industrial properties, after verification confirmed the presence of such classifications within the city, requiring proper valuation for assessment purposes.

These revised figures supersede previously posted values for the affected categories, while all other SMVs remain unchanged.

The public is advised accordingly.
