RARE BAR & GRILL: Quest Plus Clark Elevates Pampanga’s Steak Scene with Bold New Flavors

For Pampanga’s food lovers, the wait is finally over.

RARE Bar & Grill made its much-anticipated debut on October 8, 2024, at Quest Plus Clark, offering a fresh take on the classic steakhouse experience. With its sizzling steaks, expertly dry-aged meats, handcrafted cocktails, and a personalized, interactive dining service, RARE promises to be a standout in the region’s vibrant culinary landscape.

The grand opening, led by Quest Plus Clark Hotel Manager Michael Gapin and Culinary Director Jean Louis Leon, dazzled guests with a ceremonial cutting of 1.5 kg tomahawk steaks using specially sourced knives. This dramatic introduction set the tone for what diners can expect—bold, mouthwatering flavors and unforgettable moments at every table.

“At Quest Plus Clark and Mimosa Plus Golf Course, we’re thrilled to introduce a new dining experience that will take Pampanga’s iconic food scene to the next level,” shared Gapin during the event.

But RARE Bar & Grill is only the beginning. Quest Plus Conference Center has more exciting plans on the horizon, with a lineup of new restaurants set to open soon. This includes a Spanish and Filipino restaurant, Bay 49 at the Mimosa Plus Golf Course Driving Range, and Baker J at Clark International Airport. Pampanga’s culinary scene is about to get even more delicious!
