Rotary Assistant Governor Jong Galang of RI District 3790 Cluster 4A and Rotary Club of Dolores, led by Club President Sheila Ward, launch “Project: Alay sa Kabataan” with the donation of computer printers to the San Fernando Elementary School and school supplies to students of the Del Carmen Elementary School, both in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. The activities are part of Rotary International’s projects targeting literacy and basic education.
