SBMA turn over ceremony

Atty. Wilma T. Eisma hands over her position as chairman and administrator of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) on Monday, 07 March 2022, infront of the agency’s administration building. Signaling the start of former Olongapo Mayor Rolen Paulino Sr.’s term.

Paulino, who became mayor of Olongapo City, also served as one of the volunteers of the SBMA during the transition of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone from being a United States Naval Base.

President Duterte appointed Paulino at the top post on March 1 in Malacañang Palace, where Executive Secretary Salvador Medialdea swore him in. ( SBMA Chair & Administration FB page)
