SEC, TSU to collab in MSME assistance – The Voice Newsweekly

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will collaborate with Tarlac State University – College of Public Administration and Governance (TSU-CPAG) in assisting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The initiative targets to help event suppliers in Tarlac in terms of capacity building, management, and other governance-related activities.

Securities and Exchange Commission Tarlac Extension Office and Tarlac State University College of Public Administration and Governance hold orientation for Tarlac Event Suppliers to work with them in the registration of their businesses. (SEC TEO)

SEC Tarlac Extension Office Director Richard Laus committed to support the MSMEs in their businesses during the orientation to the beneficiaries.

“SEC-TEO vows to serve the group of the Tarlac Event Suppliers who are owners of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in processing their registration and annual reportorial requirements,” he said.

In the orientation facilitated by SEC Tarlac, the commission discussed its mandates and services and the importance of being a registered organization in order to obtain a juridical personality.

TSU-CPAG noted that this is part of the extension services of the college to the communities and their stakeholders. (PIA 3)
